Franklin County Public Health offers immunizations at nine clinic sites throughout the community by appointment only. Required childhood immunizations are available to those who have no insurance for $15, however uninsured children will not be turned away due to the inability to pay for childhood immunizations. Cash or check, Medicaid, CareSource, Buckeye, Paramount, UHC Community and Molina health plans are accepted.

Please purchase a pre-paid punch card at the Parks and Rec. office in Whitehall Community Park at 402 N. Hamilton Rd. (The main park entrance is closed for construction, please follow the orange detour signs.) Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Cash or check only please. 5 classes for $15.00 10 classes for $25.00
