Arthritis Foundation Exercise -- Low Impact
Victory Ministries Free Medical Clinic provides free health care for uninsured individuals and incomes below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Health care provided includes (but not limited to): primary care, prescription assistance, disease screenings, routine health-care (school and work physicals), prevention and care for hyperglycemia and hypertension related issues, etc. Volunteers prepare and serve a hot meal for patients in the waiting room. Pharmacists distribute free prescription cards to patients afterwards and offer consultations. Volunteer ministers and pastors are on site to provide pastoral care for patients. Spanish interpretation is also available. Hours of Operation — 2nd Thursday of each month - registration begins at 5:30 p.m.
The Center of Hope Free Medical Clinic provides free Medical care to those who are uninsured OR have Medicaid, or are Medicaid eligible with incomes below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. (No Medicare or other government-issued health care programs are eligible for services.) Spanish interpretation available. Medical Health Care Provided (but not limited to): • Non-emergent Primary Care • Referrals to free Specialty Care • Prescription Assistance • Disease Screenings • Basic School / Work Physicals • Care for Hypertension • Care for Hyperglycemia • Consolation with a Pharmacist **Volunteers prepare and serve a hot meal for patients in waiting room. **Volunteer ministers and pastors are on site to provide pastoral care for patients.
Please purchase a pre-paid punch card at the Parks and Rec. office in Whitehall Community Park at 402 N. Hamilton Rd. (The main park entrance is closed for construction, please follow the orange detour signs.) Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Cash or check only please. 5 classes for $15.00 10 classes for $25.00
