    2. Submitting the Permit Application
      Submit the Parade Permit Application (including highlighted parade route) no later than 15 days prior to the requested parade date online or to City Hall: 360 S. Yearling Road, Whitehall, Ohio 43213. There is no fee associated with this application.
    4. Parade Route Map Guidelines
      Application must include a map of the parade route, clearly indicating the: (1) Staging area (where parade participants will meet and disembark from), (2) Parade starting location, (3) Parade route (with arrows indicating direction of movement) and (4) Parade ending location
