As of 8:30 a.m., City Hall has closed for the duration of Thursday, February 2 due to the Level 2 Snow and Ice Emergency in Franklin County.
The Division of Police and Division of Fire remain open for all emergency services. Please call 9-1-1 in case of an emergency.
The Service Department is also reporting to clear the City's streets of snow and ice. Please limit travel unless absolutely necessary. If you must travel, please dress warmly and drive with caution.
