The Whitehall Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating Francis Smith. He is considered an endangered missing adult. Smith is a 58-year-old black male, 5'09", weighing 212lbs. Smith was last seen at his residence in the 4000 block of Doney St., in Whitehall, on May 1, 2021 around 11:00pm. There is no known clothing description or vehicle information.
Smith is diagnosed with several medical conditions that require medication that he does not have with him.
