[ARCHIVED] Narcotics Search Warrant Executed at 183 S. Burgess Ave. Columbus

The Whitehall Division of Police Narcotics Unit along with the Columbus Police Drug Enforcement Response Team and the Westside Safe Streets team executed a search warrant on Thursday, August 9th, 2019 stemming from an investigation into trafficking drugs that were being brought into the City of Whitehall.

Detectives seized 332 grams of methamphetamine, 53 grams of Fentanyl, 13 grams of cocaine, 10 grams of heroin, $7066 cash and 1 stolen handgun. The subject of the investigation, Ermias Golla, D.O.B. 4/13/89, was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine (F-1). There are more charges pending on Golla. Detectives also made three felony warrant arrests and one misdemeanor warrant arrest on subjects inside the residence at the time the search warrant was executed.

The Whitehall Police Department Narcotics Unit continues its fight against drugs in and around the community. “Our Narcotics Unit continues to pursue and arrest drug dealers who bring their drugs into our city.” said Deputy Chief Tracy Sharpless.
