[ARCHIVED] Four Narcotics Search Warrants Executed Over 2 Days

The Whitehall Division of Police Narcotics Unit along with the Columbus Police Intac team executed two narcotics search warrants on Wednesday, May 8th , 2019 and two more narcotic search warrants with the Joint Eastside Tactical Team on Thursday May 9th , 2019 stemming from an investigation into trafficking cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine in and around the City of Whitehall and Columbus.

On Wednesday, May 8th, 2019 search warrants were executed in 1113 S. Champion Ave and 542 Kelton Ave. The subject of the investigation, Ricardo D. Marshall, D.O.B. 3/15/1996, was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Cocaine(F-5), and Possession of drugs(F-1). In total, Detectives seized 47 grams of cocaine, 50 grams of heroin, 5 guns(2 of which were entered stolen) and $1840 cash. 

On Thursday, May 9th , 2019 two narcotics search warrants were executed at 2125 Margaret Ave. Columbus, OH and 3953 Astor Ave. Columbus, OH. The subject of the investigation, Charman May, D.O.B. 8/9/81, was arrested and charged Possession of drugs(F-1). In total, Detectives seized 207 grams of methamphetamine, 44 grams of cocaine, 18 grams of heroin/fentanyl, 1 bulletproof vest and 1 loaded handgun. 

The Whitehall Police Department Narcotics Unit continues its fight against drugs in and around the community. “This was a fine example of the Whitehall Police Department and the Columbus Police Department working together to take these dealers off of the streets” stated, Deputy Chief Tracy Sharpless.
