The Whitehall Division of Police Narcotics Unit along with the Joint Eastside Tactical team executed a search warrant on Thursday, February 21st, 2019 stemming from an investigation into Trafficking in drugs in the City of Whitehall.
Detectives seized 970-30mg oxycodone pills, 53 grams of heroin, 232 grams of marijuana and $18,787 cash. Maurice Jeffries, age 34, was arrested and charged with Possession of Drugs (F-1). Further charges are pending investigation from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.
The Whitehall Police Department Narcotics Unit continues its fight against drugs in and around the community. “Our narcotics unit has made it abundantly clear that drugs dealers are not welcome in the City of Whitehall” said Deputy Chief Dan Kelso, “We will remain vigilant to protect our citizens from these dangerous opiates.”
