The Whitehall Division of Police Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant on Thursday, May 24th, 2018 stemming from an investigation into Trafficking in Heroin and Fentanyl.
Detectives seized $17,835 in cash, 190 grams of heroin/fentanyl, 122 prescription pills, 1 gram of crystal methamphetamine, numerous fraudulent credit cards and 1 stolen 9mm Sig Sauer handgun. The target of the investigation, Julian Sullivan, 28 years old, was arrested and charged with Possession of Drugs (F-1), Trafficking in Drugs (F-5) and Having Weapons under Disability (F-3). Further charges of Receiving Stolen property and Fraud are pending.
The Whitehall Police Department Narcotics Unit continues its fight against drugs in and around the community. Deputy Chief Tracy Sharpless stated, “This is another drug dealer taken off the streets whose heroin was making its way into Whitehall”.
