The Whitehall Division of Police Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant on Wednesday, February 28nd, 2018 stemming from an investigation into trafficking in cocaine in and around the City of Whitehall.
Detectives seized $14,695 cash, 109 grams of cocaine, and a .40 caliber handgun. The target of the investigation, Walter Smith, D.O.B. 4/11/88, was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Cocaine.
The Whitehall Police Department Narcotics Unit continues its fight against drugs in and around the community. “Dealers that choose Whitehall as their selling ground, regardless of where they live, are making a future reservation at the Franklin County Jail,” stated, Deputy Chief Dan Kelso.
