[ARCHIVED] Whitehall Police arrest 5, seize drugs when serving warrant in investigation

The Whitehall Police Narcotics Unit was investigating a shooting that occurred on
Beechcreek Rd. on 11/03/16 at approximately 11:53pm. There are no known victims of this gunfire. As part of the investigation a search warrant was obtained from a judge and executed at 139 Beechcreek Rd. today, 11/05/16 at approximately 7:30am, by the joint Whitehall SWAT team in coordination with the Narcotics Unit. Seven adults were found inside the house upon entry and all seven were arrested.

Five of the arrestees were immediately charged with multiple weapons and drug charges and taken to the Franklin County Jail, the other two were not charged at this time. The narcotics Unit recovered approximately (2) ounces of heroin, (1) ounce of crack cocaine, over $3,000.00 in cash and (4) firearms to include an MPA semi-auto pistol with a silencer and high capacity magazine. One of the recovered guns was an entered stolen firearm. Whitehall Police Narcotics Unit continues to take down violent drug offenders in a recent series of high profile successful raids.

The five arrested individual’s names are:
1.) Mr. Tyren J. Carter
2.) Mr. Gary L. Saunders Jr.
3.) Mr. Dinero R. Whiteside
4.) Mr. Demetrius D. D. Whiteside
5.) Mr. Tyricke B. Holloway
