John Bishop Park Rentals

Shelter 3 (with electricity) and restrooms 
Spanning almost two full blocks John Bishop Park is Whitehall’s most active park. Shelter #3 located in the South East corner of the park off of Langley Ave. It is also in close proximity to sport fields and courts, open green spaces, a splashpad, amphitheater, and more. Easily accessible from the parking lot, this shaded, large open air shelter house holds 8 picnic tables and is the only shelter house with available flush restrooms and electricity. For an add on fee to your shelter rental you can rent a private one-hour at the Splash pad located directly adjacent to shelter. Accommodates up to 60 people. a 1 hour Splashpad add-on can be added for an additional $150

Whitehall Community Park Rentals 

Oak & Pine Shelter Houses
Whitehall Community Park is Whitehall’s largest park with 60 acres of land that includes an upper and lower level. The park hosts over one mile of fully paved walking loops, 5 acres of wild flower meadow, wooded trails, 2 creek access points and 3 shelter houses. This location is ideal for family gatherings and group picnics. Expanding from the upper to the lower level is an 18 hole disc golf course open to the public year round. The upper level has 2 open air shelters, side-by-side, that can be rented individually or together for larger parties. EACH SHELTER “OAK AND PINE” INDIVIDUALLY CAN HOLD NO MORE 25 PEOPLE (50 CAPACITY FOR BOOKING BOTH SHELTERS TOGETHER)

Whitehall Community Park Lower Level Shelter
Whitehall Community Park is Whitehall’s largest park with 60 acres of land that includes an upper and lower level. The Lower Level is open to the public but can also be rented for a full daily rate. The park hosts over one mile of fully paved walking loops, 5 acres of wild flower meadow, wooded trails, 2 creek access points and 3 shelter houses. This location is ideal for family gatherings and group picnics. Accommodates up to 150 people

The Kelley Green Event Space

 Byers Auto Pavilion
The Kelley Green is a beautiful open space that is ideal for large gatherings. The space is only available to be rented weekends . This one acre park includes a stage with electric outlets, a large green space ideal for family activities and bountiful parking. Reservation is for the stage and green space in front of the stage. All other areas of the park are open to the public.

Whitehall Community Park YMCA

YMCA Great Room
The Great Room is a large open space that includes tables and chairs for use, the smaller front fireplace room complete with children’s activity area and comfortable fire side seating. There is a small enclosed patio outside of the fire place room also included in the rental. This space is ideal for larger events such as church groups and work conferences. No weddings receptions will be booked. Food may be catered in; the kitchen is to be used for storage NOT preparation. Use of kitchen equipment is not permitted. 

YMCA Turf Room
The indoor Turf Room is a large enclosed turf space. This space is ideal for sports practices, drills, and youth activities. This rental does not include the use of the work out equipment. No birthday party rentals. (See Great Room Rental for additional rental spaces)

Whitehall Senior Center

Whitehall Senior Center
The rentable areas of the Senior Center will be the front area of the facility. The back game room will not be useable as part of the rental. Renter will have access to restrooms, and kitchen. The Kitchen can ONLY be used for food storage. Neither cooking nor serving from the kitchen is permitted. Renter will have access to tables and chairs. This facility is not appropriate nor permitted for children's parties.
