Responsibilities

The Department of Human Resources plays a critical role in promoting effective and efficient municipal government operations. It supports departments in recruiting, hiring, retaining, and developing a high quality workforce capable of delivering the services that the citizens of Whitehall need and deserve. Human Resources recognizes that its employees are the City’s most important resource and strives to ensure that they are treated fairly and are recognized for their contributions to the City of Whitehall.
